Protected: TRIP OF A LIFETIME
Liz has recently successfully completed a six month contract for the NHS where she set up and led a team providing communications support for the new NHS England area teams in the East of England.
She’s been responsible for the planning, organisation and implementation of complex strategies and programmes of work. Much of this has involved interpreting new national guidelines and how they relate to the delivery of excellent communications for the NHS in the East of England.
Liz has provided high level strategic communications advice and expertise around media, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. She has built and developed successful working relationships with stakeholders throughout the region, establishing formal and informal communications networks, and intelligence and feedback systems. As well as supported other teams in other parts of the region to deliver against agreed metrics aligned to contract values, demonstrating improvement where appropriate.
In setting up the new team, Liz recruited new comms specialists, who she then trained and managed and ensuring everyone was clear about aims and objectives. Throughout, she produced timely reports and papers to update senior management on progress and/or win support for developments and changes.
It’s been fun. Challenging at times certainly. But very, very worthwhile. Give her a call and find out how she could help your organisation too.
